Just started with the chest back workout. I did 10 sets 10 reps of flat bench with my warm up weight of 145 at a 4 count down, 2 count up. Lat pulldown of 100 with the same 10/10 system. Also incline db for 3 sets/12 reps for a 3 down 2 up count and seated cable rows for the same as incline db. What a pump you get. Feels like a great workout, really wears out the muscles. I too have just started GVT. I did 10/10 yesterday for squats, it was hard even with light weight, my legs never felt like that. IP: Logged |

he he he I am thinking of scanning some pages from some books I have lying around... damnit I am just gonna make a site! Try that anabolic burst cycling I talked about If you can handle the diet phase (2 weeks) It rocks cause as soon as your 2 weeks of starving is over you eat eat and eat!!! Like I am sure most of you do all the time. Now I just gotta hook up my scanner.
