I have a bad disc in lower back. Will 500mg sus250 for 8 wks help my injury or harm. Also may combine d-bol for first 4 wks. I am about to place order but need to check this last detail before placing order. By the way, the injury is 3 yrs old. Pain comes and goes. I guess there is nothing I can have done other than surg. At 31 yrs old, I'm holding off on the option. Thanks .

Man, I had a ruptured L-5, 5-6 years ago and had microdiscetomy surgery. I've never felt better. I squat, deadlift, bent-row everything with no problems and strive for perfect form! If you keep it up you'll have some nerve damage that can cause loss and atrophy of one of your legs and possible, what is called drop foot. Now that I've got you totally depressed the steriod Deca has gained a reputation as an alleviator of sore joints and tendons, but don't know about relief of disc pain.

As far as i know no steroid will help with that injury, they're more likely to aggrivate it seeing as you will put additional stress on your back with the increased weights you'll be using.
