I have the worst genetics and it is very difficult for me to gain. I would appreciate any advice. Is it possible to make quick gains without roids? Are there any supplements that may help?

Puc is right. For the most part, forget supplements, just eat a ton, train hard, and make sure you get lots of protien. The only supplement that I feel is absolutely necessary is a protein powder (with a little t-200, ref, anavar, nor-200, and winny, but thats just me)

good luck,

Christian

I have a friend who is the king of bad genetics. I grew out of mine in my early 20's, but he is 28 and weighs maybe 140 at 6'2. He eats like a horse and even bought some 2000 calorie shakes. My advice lift heavy and pray. Oh yeah, get some gear.
