![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey Jett, This is my third week now, so following this week I will be bodyfat tested again at my gym. I was 15.5% before I started so we shall see. I have been pretty lax on the diet as far as shitty food lately, only because I am a slug sometimes. I have been trying to eat an overabundance of protein however, due to the protein synthesis of the t3. Since I am using it on a cycle, you also have to consider the caloric properties for muscle growth. How about you? When are you planning to start? IP: Logged |
