T-3 week 3. Up to 75 mcg per day. I have been taking them all at once in the morning. Should I start spreading them out over the course of the day now that I have already started taking them all at once?

I spread them, but I don't think you screwed up cuz I know some people who don't spread them!!!!!

what kind of diet are you on with the t3?

how many weeks are you going on it?

in the 3 weeks, have you lost a significant amount of weight/fat %??

Hey Jett,
This is my third week now, so following this week I will be bodyfat tested again at my gym.

I was 15.5% before I started so we shall see.

I have been pretty lax on the diet as far as shitty food lately, only because I am a slug sometimes. I have been trying to eat an overabundance of protein however, due to the protein synthesis of the t3.

Since I am using it on a cycle, you also have to consider the caloric properties for muscle growth.

How about you? When are you planning to start?
