![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well, I am starting the high rep lower weight program for the first time in my life...in fact started two days agos. It takes a toll on my ego, but my muscles are literally screaming!! They are in so much shock right now. I know it is working. I am doing this for 8-12 weeks along with an hour cardio in the am and 20 minutes post workout. Extreme diet of course. My clothes are already fitting looser. I think this is a good solution especially if your body is not used to it. Remember that your body can always do more than your brain tells you. Listen to your body. IP: Logged |
