If I was to do 300 reps per day with my AB builder, how long would it take to get a six pack?

That depends on what type of six pack you want, beer or cola....

How would anyone really know? Are you fat? Why don't you tell us more about the shape you are in right now, height, weight , body fat %.

Why don't you start today and let us know how long it takes. But remember, the key to good abs is eating properly.

I bet you already have a six pack but just can't see it through the layer of fat. Remember abs are allmost completely diet. But if your diet was good (low carb high protein) I would say that 300 reps a day would be over training your poor abs some may not agree with me but I feel abs should be trained every 3-5 days your muscles need rest too.

I AGREE ABS ARE MAINLY DIET. I FEEL U CAN TRAIN ABS ATLEAST 5 DAYS A WEEK. I FEEL THE BURN IS ALOT MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE # OF REPS. I AM CURRENTLY BULKING BUT WHEM I CUT I JOG AND DIET WELL AND MY ABS SHINE THROUGH GREAT FOR AN AVERAGE JOE.

Well I am very skinny and quite tall, most of my fat is actually skin from when I was 16 stone. I'm now 10 stone and I lost that weight in about 1 year.

Ryan,
How about posting your weight in pounds or kilos since most of us dont know what 10 stone equals.
