Does anyone know if paxil will limit the gains one can get from a good cycle. does it effect your receptors or limit the potential of a/s? IP: Logged |

I was on paxil and juice at the same time. I don't know if it was because of the Paxil or not but I actually dropped a lot of weight. IP: Logged |

SSRI antidepressants like Paxil tend to cause exaggerated prolactin release, and when prolactin is high, testosterone is low. I don't know how the mechanism works, though. I mean, if prolactin actually neutralizes or binds to T, then maybe it could do the same to an exogenous androgen. Have you considered Wellbutrin, Effexor, or Serzone? IP: Logged |

no, i have not had any problem with the stuff as far as dpression is concerned and have made descent gains just wanted to know if there was something that i was not aware of. thanks for the input guy's. IP: Logged |

I take zoloft, and ia am in wk3 of a sus decca cycle...My strength is also going throug the roof but no size gains yet either. Same situation thus far but is to early for me to worry about size gains...i don't feel the zoloft has effected me in any way.. foz IP: Logged |

I was on paxil and lost a great deal of weight ( I was 300# see post "OLder Guys has questions. It did help with weight loss and the obsessive compulsive stuff. When i stopped i did notice my muscles gains were definitely better. I was taking juice (test. cypionate) under Dr's care while on it and he did not say anything about the negative effects.
