   ON A RECENT POST SOMEONE SAID THAT YOU SHOULD INJECT ALL TESTS INTO THE LOWER PART OF THE GLUTE. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS BEFORE, IS THERE ANY MERIT TO THIS? I HAVE BEEN INJECTING INTO THE TOP PORTION OF THE GLUTE. IP: Logged |

personally i like to put the sust in the upper glut and put test eth in my shoulder so the water retention help with soreness when going real heavy mind you this is only temporary but it does help a little if you have minor shoulder pains put 2 cc in each delt twice a week works great but i only recommend experience injectors to hit the delt cause they are a little tricky ------------------ IP: Logged |
