help guys i kneed info im currently getting to begin a cycle and i was talking to this guy at the gym for a few days got some info about him we talkes about as for a while then he asked if i kneed anything.. i wanna purchase some gear but im not sure if its safe.. IP: Logged |

Ok, here it goes......If he's a cop...he can't offer to sell you the stuff because that is considered ENTRAPMENT....Now if you buy from him and he is a cop, you can NAIL his ass. But if you sell to him or give to him, and he is a cop, he will have YOU nailed to the wall. But this guy might not be a cop, and sell you fakes, ask to see his goods before you buy. IP: Logged |

Unfortunately, he can offer them to you and under current law it is not considered entrapment- as long as he does not go to excessive lengths to get you to buy from him- you are considered to have had the propensity anyways- thus you could not be entrapped. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I think the cops would rather bust dealers instead of buyers. It is not as big a crime to buy as it is to sell. So if they spend all the time in the gym, undercover, they most likely aren't going to blow there cover to bust just one guy for posession... no I think that they would rather go for the gold, and go after the dealers. But as always, who am I... take precautions.. listen to your gut feeling... if it is bad, then bail... goodluck. IP: Logged |
