I saw some guys talking about some cream called DICLOFENAC ( I think) where do you get it? I went to the pharmacy today and they never heard of it. Which works better for inflamation, primrose oil or this cream? Also where can I buy an anatomy chart? They didn't have that at the pharmacy either. Thanks bros for the help. Peace.

I dont live in the US so I dont know where to get it there. I usually buy mine from a pharmacy in Turkey when I go there (I live in Sweden though). I think it works ok, but not as effective as the oral anti-infl. though. It contains the same substance as some oral anti-inflamatoy pills (such as Voltaren).

Voltaren is the trade name for Diclofenac Sodium, the drug you are refering to. It is very effective at reducing inflamtion caused by strains, sprains and inflamtion resulting from injured muscle, ligaments or tendons. It comes in creams, tablets and injectable forms. It will certainly be more effective than primrose oil for moderate injuries but can be harsh on the stomach in tablet form.
