Another newby here, so please bare with me for a while. I'm 24 5.10, 145p. Need to gain weight(obviously lol). Just got 100 pills of d-bol but I need some info about nolvadex as well (is it ok to take more than you actually need?). I've heard millions of different dosages on both d-bol and nolvadex. You're 145 lbs?? and you think D-bol is going to do the trick. Your first problem is FOOD...try eating better and that will help immediately. IP: Logged |

100 dbol is not enough for a cycle. Should have at least 200 and doses should be in the range of 5-8 tabs spread evenly throughout the day. You need something called Clomid to restart your natural testosterone production post-cycle, and you need something to stack with the dbol, because you will NOT keep your gains from a dbol only cycle. If you think your confidence is low now, try taking all those pills over 3 weeks time, watch yourself gain 15lbs, and slowly get smaller and weaker until you're back where you were 10 weeks ago. It's enough to make some guys quit lifting because of such a setback. You need to study more -- get some testosterone to go with it. ------------------ the alpha male IP: Logged |

At 145 and weight training, something isn't right here. Dbol by itself isn't going to yield the great results you're looking for. Like someone else said, add some Test to the cycle. One thing that happens to some people is they get into a rush, and don't make a good cycle. If you're trying to rush, you will just start taking Dbol, and that will get you nowhere. Save up some $ and do it right. Snag 100 more Dbol, get some Test and throw in some Deca. Sure, it might take two months to save up the money, but in the mean time, read the board and find what cycle you really want to do. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i whould done it like this THIS IS A BLITZ CYCLE WICH IS NOW VERY POPULAR ANR AS I KNOW THE BEST SAFEST WAY TO CYCLE
deca sustenon 250 d-bol deca sustanon 250 11 3 ml/week HCG 1000 enh./ml (+ some nolvadex)

stories vary on oral only dbol cycles. you might keep your gains for life or lose them after a few weeks. i don't know what will happen to you. because you are so thin i personally think you will keep your gains. i think that ectomorphs have an easy time getting up to 185-190 lbs. lean. so you might gain 25-30 on your dbol alone. and you might keep most of it too due to your small frame. if not, or if you would rather use needles as well as drugs, combine the dbol with either deca or testosterone. either will stack well and stabalize the dianabol. dosage is usually 20-25 mg dianabol a day. You say you've tried doing the eating thing but, did'nt explain how. I'm telling you if you eat like an animal and train hard and really heavy get plenty of rest on your days of ( a must!!) And when I'm talking about eating like an animal I mean all day. Work your way up to it 'cause your stomach won't be able to handle it right of the bat. Your goal should be like six nice meals (not including shakes) and snacking inbetween every meal (shakes)Even big pasta dinners before bed. And go friggin' nuts on the heavy weights. You'll be sweating all day from calorie overdose.It's all good though. I once gained 16lbs in 2 months and I had been training for a few years already. Good luck. Young1 IP: Logged |
