its as legal as claritin or zoloft. it is illegal to dispense without a prescription, but i think that that is only a misdimeanor. it is not illegal to import or possess. i don't know if it is illegal to buy it on the black market. i don't think it is. depends on price. 30 cents to $1 a pill.
