My fiance is over 280 lbs. at 5'9" and when we get him to around 300 we are going to have him diet down to do another show. Does anyone know of a website with the schedules of shows in which he can get his pro card? He was thinking of doing the USA this year Aug. 3-4, but I want to know what the other options are. We are on the West Coast. Any help would be appreciated. IP: Logged |

Check out www.eastcoastmuscle.com If you follow the links, they have dates for some upcoming shows. What's your special guy's BF%? Just wondering what he's trying to come in at. IP: Logged |

I he's around 8-9% right now. It's amazing that he has abs at 280! I can't believe it. 2 yrs. ago when he hit 250 off-season you couldn't really see his abs until he dieted down to about 220 for the show. If he started dieting now he would come in at over 250 but I think he wants to get bigger to be sure he wins. I should let him speak for himself, but he is at the gym doing legs. How can I tell if the shows listed will have a pro card available? We want to make sure its a good show so he gets lots of publicity. IP: Logged |

Only three non-natural shows earns you your pro card. USA/Nationals/North American. You said his last show was 2 years ago. You have to do a national qualifier and place 1st or 2nd in your weight class to be able to enter them. Also time limit is 2 years, them you have to qualify again. If thats the case better get a move on. Post his pic, I'd love to see my competion. Later IP: Logged |

Hey Cjac! Your pics look good. My fiance saw your pics and says he looks forward to competing against you in the future. Are you already qualified for Nationals and if not what show are you planning on doing? Maybe we can meet up before Nationals. I would love to post a pic but I don't know how. Help? IP: Logged |

I'm already prequalified. I won the Central States Hvy. and Overall last year at 239lbs. The black and white pics were just before the show. Does he have to qualify? If so let me know which show and how he does. Go to angelfire.com it will give you a free page and take you threw the set-up. You will need to scan your photos first. Good luck. How did he do in his last show? IP: Logged |
