how should we/I be eating on off gym days?
i presently work out mon-fri 5days, and rest sat& sun, on sat & sun how should i be eating being that its non gym days??

im on a cutting cycle:
winsrol-v 1cc eod
xenadrine 3 cap per day
150-200 grms protein per day
low carbs
cardio every day 40min X 5 days
weight training every day X 5 days

hey E2 you mean what up the protein/carbs on the off days, keep in mind im trying to lose fat% ???

Your off days are you recovery days. This is when your muscles GROW after a week of breaking them down. Just eat carbs early in the day and alot of protein all day long and you'll lose bodyfat. Try doing cardio on your off days just to burn some extra cals.
