Ok im bored and home on friday night�so just for fun lets see what everyones best bodypart is. What bodpart on you is genetically gifted and grows more than any other. For me its my triceps and calves, calves ar 19" shredded and ive never trained them in my life dont flame me for not training them I will soon im worried they will get tOOO big. IP: Logged |

My chest. I have to not train chest some weeks or I get out of perportion. Screw you calf and shoulder guys. They are my weakest parts. My girlfriend says I have bigger boobs then her, but thats not saying much (OUCH, quit hitting me)Never write shit like that when they're sitting next to you. (They are small tho,hehe) IP: Logged |

i have to go with the calves folks too... they are enourmous. but hey... i used to be fat and that really makes a difference when you are fat and lose alot of wieght. you keep the calves that hauled you and your enourmous ass around !!.. i would also say i have some pretty wicked tricept action going on... ------------------ IP: Logged |

tri's are the largest, kind of too big proportion wise but what the hell i don't mind being a freak. but now i don't even train the front delts they are almost too big from bench and etc.. if i train them they overshadow everything, same with traps, i have to train them light or they blow up. now back, chest and quads they grow like snails i got to train those with total concentration or they plateu. tri ------------------ IP: Logged |

To hell with all your big calves!!! I train them forever and they just don't have the size I would want. Maybe that will change on the good stuff. My best are my tri's!! They always are strong, even on bad training days. because they are my fastest growing, will they overshadow the rest of my arm, when I hit my first cycle?? My friend had real strong shoulders and during his first cycle they became enormous!! Made his chest look small!!! IP: Logged |

My best body part is my are my legs, I do a set of squats every other week and the stair stepper 2ce a week and thats all I need to maintain 19" calves and 25 1/2" Quads. Lats however, I can't even do more than 6 pullups when they are fresh. Need lots of work there. Backs getting much better, arms look good, shoulders are never big enough and the chest is remarkably shaping up from fat and pointy to thick and squared. I would like to start off by saying that I personaly have a great deep seeded hate for all of you who said your calves, I could do calf raises with a house and they still wouldn't grow. Poor me!!
