Ok im bored and home on friday night�so just for fun lets see what everyones best bodypart is. What bodpart on you is genetically gifted and grows more than any other. For me its my triceps and calves, calves ar 19" shredded and ive never trained them in my life dont flame me for not training them I will soon im worried they will get tOOO big.

CHEST! Mines like to big armored plates, funny thing is, I'm not a big bencher. Flat bench shreds my shoulders! I actually like doing incline a lot better, much stronger on incline too.

My chest. I have to not train chest some weeks or I get out of perportion. Screw you calf and shoulder guys. They are my weakest parts. My girlfriend says I have bigger boobs then her, but thats not saying much (OUCH, quit hitting me)Never write shit like that when they're sitting next to you. (They are small tho,hehe)

i have to go with the calves folks too...

they are enourmous. but hey... i used to be fat and that really makes a difference when you are fat and lose alot of wieght. you keep the calves that hauled you and your enourmous ass around !!..

i would also say i have some pretty wicked tricept action going on...

tri's are the largest, kind of too big proportion wise but what the hell i don't mind being a freak. but now i don't even train the front delts they are almost too
big from bench and etc.. if i train them they
overshadow everything, same with traps, i have to train them light or they blow up.
now back, chest and quads they grow like
snails i got to train those with total
concentration or they plateu.

yeah i have 20" calfs and they are pretty cut to more cut then the rest of my body
i only train them like once every 2 weeks
i am going to start training them more though

To hell with all your big calves!!! I train them forever and they just don't have the size I would want. Maybe that will change on the good stuff. My best are my tri's!! They always are strong, even on bad training days. because they are my fastest growing, will they overshadow the rest of my arm, when I hit my first cycle?? My friend had real strong shoulders and during his first cycle they became enormous!! Made his chest look small!!!

I love the cut of my arms altogether....thus the name Texas Guns...and am currently working on the shoulders of a goddess!! My calves are cut and strong, but my legs are too big proportionately for a woman...still trying though.

My chest and back. I love working my chest. Arms (especially biceps) are the weekest. I look a little out of proportion. Big in the middle, smaller arms. I hate it!! Oh well, that's genetics, eh?

My biceps and traps. I don't even work my traps because they get so big they overshadow my delts. And I only work biceps once every 2 weeks because they grow like weeds. I love it though.

It's definitely shoulders. I have to always cut back cause they get out of proportion easily. Wish it was the chest.

Being tall and big boned, I have a huge frame the way it is. My shoulders are gigantic, but over all...my traps beat out my delts. Course, I do 4 exersizes for traps alone.

PECS just like somebody said plate armour. I figure by the end of my cycle I will have pecs like action figures do. Need to work on my back in general, especially my lats they suck -- calves are not great either.

Everything except my calves and bi's. Bi's are okay but are over powered by my Tri's. Calves totally suck and now that my Quads and Ham's are bigger... My calves really suck. Good Chest, Back, Tri's, Delts, Abs... Excellent Symmetry.

My hamstrings and my quads. I have ripped legs all year round, even without dieting. But my fucking calves are 16" since 1997 when i was 16 years old. Fuck you for having big caf developement. Best bodypart is Wheeler delts.

My best body part is my are my legs, I do a set of squats every other week and the stair stepper 2ce a week and thats all I need to maintain 19" calves and 25 1/2" Quads. Lats however, I can't even do more than 6 pullups when they are fresh. Need lots of work there. Backs getting much better, arms look good, shoulders are never big enough and the chest is remarkably shaping up from fat and pointy to thick and squared. Can't wait to start my next cycle though, (my first educated) that's really going to make a difference!

Arms and shoulders. Can't even train arms anymore because they are way out of porportion. These 2 make my chest suffer badly. I am taking roids for this reason fellas. I need big legs and chest and I will be set.

My chest and upper back comes in second..my legs suck, but working on that. I have no calves. My father(RIP who just passed away) had huge calves, thought some of that would rub off on me but apparently NOT.

I would like to start off by saying that I personaly have a great deep seeded hate for all of you who said your calves, I could do calf raises with a house and they still wouldn't grow. Poor me!!
As for my best part it would have to be thighs and arms, they are short compared to my body and that makes them look thick.

Quads. Giant fucking quads. I can't buy pants that fit anymore unless I have a tailor work on them. Each thigh is just 3" smaller around than my waist. I gotta buy those stupid looking baggy jeans just to get them over my thighs. Oh yeah, calves are awsome too.
