OK, I got a site at tripod, and i dont know how to add images onto it so i can use them here.. Really frustrating cause i got all these pics of my gear and cant do shit with them...HELP

You need to go to the image section. Then find the up-load icon. Right next to it you will find the browse button. Push browse and find the pic you want to up-load. Then just press the upload icon and there you go.

Remember to place the whole addy in between the [img] tags.

You must use an addy like this http://elitefitness.com/etc....
