He is a silly question. When you cycle how much is to much.....Can you stay in gym all day and make gains or is resting a necessary evil...........I will be taking my vaction 14 days of fun.......Would like to spend all free time in gym.but do not want to overtrain.....

I don`t think you realize where your gains are truly made. They are actually made when you rest after training and the body repairs itself. Sorry, rest is a nessesary evil.

True, rest is absolutely necessary for growth, but lots of training is also necessary on juice, or you won't take advantage of your increased anabolic potential while on them. I tend to increase my number of sets by about 50-75%, depending on the body part. As long as you don't work a body part while it is still sore, I think it's very difficult to over train on volume while on a decent cycle.

Why don't some of us post our workout for this guy to help him out. Heres mine:
Day 1 - Chest/Back
Day 2 - Legs
Day 3 - Biceps/Triceps/Forearms
Day 4 - Shoulders/Traps/Abs
Day 5 - Rest
Repeat.
I do about 12 sets per body part and find myself in the gym about 2 hours a day. I know this is a little long, but I just can't make myself leave sometimes.
