Had my body fat percentage checked last night and it is the average body fat for a woman....only problem I AM NOT THE AVERAGE WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!! I have worked my tail off in the gym, harder than any man in there, and dieted, take my clen/ t3 cycle and still go home to cook, clean, and do the mommy and loving wife thing. I work harder than the "average woman". Why is my body fat average???? I was so cut a year ago then slacked off. Now that I am back on track, I am ready to quit if this body is going to stay "average"!!!!!! Help guys....you are my family here.

Judging by the workout that I did with you and Mr. Guns. It is a posibility that you are overtraining. Sometimes, that can be worse than undertraining. Be patient. If you only lose a percent or two a month, think what you will be like in 4 to 5 months. About 7 - 8 percent down. If that were true 4 months from now, wouldn't you look back and say it was worth it?

Wow...chill out..you said it your not the average woman. You should be proud of what your doing..it takes a hell of alot of discipline. You think maybe your obsessing on this too much??
If you keep working like you are..you will get there...have fun along the way..enjoy yourself...the pay off is better like that.
I have faith in ya...

Sorry guys.....JuSt having another panic attack....usually happens on weighing in days or body fat check days. This is why I have not had it checked before now. Maybe if I had it checked when I first started up again I would be able to see a difference. Then again I may have killed myself when I saw what it was!!!!!

I WANT CARBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How long have you been on your diet? Remember that with women it often takes longer to see results from dieting.
Typically what happens during a cutting cycle is that LPL is released later in the cycle to combat fat loss.
Also, think of a fat cell as a balloon, it's able to fill itself with anything, fat, protein or carbs. So often popular perception of fat loss misconstrues our goals and we find ourselves cutting fat out of our diets without really knowing why.
But stick with it, results will come. Just be patient.

TexasGuns....Ranger?? LOL just kidding.

why don't you quite weighing in, and checking your body fat.

and just go by what the mirror says.

to me it doesn't matter what the scale says, just as long as i look bigger than last week,
because i'll be happy because i look bigger one week, then i'll get on the scale and be 3 pound lighter than last week, and get all depressed. so screw the scale.

try it........

I am training to compete in September possibly. Someone once told me to pick a show and go for it, otherwise I would have nothing to shoot for. It will be my first competition, but am having serious doubts. If I do not compete, I want to at least look good standing there next to my big, buff Mr. Guns when he takes home the trophy!! GO BABY!!!!

Chill out woman!! we all feel like that sometimes, its normal.

to REALLY lean out do the following:

put more focus on your leg work. do high reps(15-20) and many sets(10-12).

rest no less than 3 minutes between sets for upperbody work, more (5+mins) for leg work.

do not do more than 6 reps per set for upperbody work.

Cut out all processed sugars. (this is relatively simple and makes a big difference.)

Have one day of the week where you pig out on anything, it will help the leaning out process, as well as recovery.

Thats it pretty simple, watch what happens, guaranteed, you can pay me later.

Mrs. Guns,
Don't worry....it's all good!!! I e-mailed Bunny, and her computer is down, but she wanted me to relay this to you.......she started out with a very high body fat %.....you have the desire.....you have the intensity....now have the patience to see the end result....it will come......Bunny is such a nice wholesome girl....I can't help it...I just love her to pieces....but....she still hates me! If I can get her to give you weekly advice....would you talk her into going out with me in Vegas....that'd be neato!!!

if you had your BF done with calipers (shin fold) that is not accurate it can be off 5-10 % for a women
if you did the electronic one that shit is real bad
there are a million reasons why it could be wrong BUT even if it is right on big deal it is only a number
if you look good than what does it matter what the number said

example:
i am 270 pound on cycle do i look like a 270 pound pro NOOO why cause 270 is only a number
i am sure you look great so relax a little
smile

They did the caliper test on me right after my workout. Was told it should be done before, anyway. I am starting a hard core 12-week cycle today....wish me luck and more than that, wish Mr. Guns lots of luck...he's going to have to put up with me. Okay, no sugar, low carbs before noon, high reps, low weights.......here she goes!!!!!!!!!!

Remember: A woman without food is like a man without sex!

BTW Ranger.....talked to bunny and yes she definintely wants a piece of you.

Ok this is what I tell my wife who has realy been bustin her ass too.
Stay away from the scale and the calipers. They lie! period they don't like people like us.
Then pick a mirror you realy like. You know some mirrors are messed up because of how they are hung and don't make you look good. Like the one in our bathroom. So pick a mirror you realy like and then ask your self if you like the improvements you see. Don't be to hard on yourself. Remember where you started and and then take a subjective look.
The other thing I tell my wife is key.
Its a little thought process - pick out that little outfit that you have that you and when you try it on heres what you do.
Do you think - this outfit realy makes me look good or I make this outfit look good. Hope this help. It has helped here I know. Good luck.

Hey, Guys!! Thanks for all the support and encouragement. Or more like thanks for the advice to get off my lazy butt and quit complaining!!!! Started a rigorous schedule yesterday and will continue for 8-12 weeks depending on the results. I'm going low weight, high reps (this is going to take some getting used to pride-wise), 1 hour cardio first thing in the am and 20 post workout. Taking all forms of dairy, bread, and pasta out of my diet (I'm going to be such a grouch) And no carbs at all after a certain time each day. Hopefully this will shock my body into getting off its lazy butt and actually doing something. I will keep you posted, but mostly remember Mr. Guns in your prayers....he's the one who has to listen to me!!!

Thanks again...can always count on my family!
