Have geared for a decade but never used
insulin before. as always ive thoroughly reseached the product and the boards and everything thats available to me. on my next
cycle would like to give it a try. what would be good doses to start with and build to. I know there are a lot of posts and ive read them all, but doses recommended have varied from 10 to 40 ius/day. this stuff is a lot more risky than what ive become very
comfortable with. Im 5'7" and 198lbs hard. im
just finishing a cycle.

Your best bet would be to start with 6 ius in the am or post workout if your a morning gym rat. Then 4 ius pm or post workout if your an afternoon/evening gym rat. Insulin/T3/Clen I do cycle on / off. I usually run them 8 to 12 weeks on and 8 weeks off.
Then your next cycle on you can bump up to 10 iu am/10 iu pm. You can work those numbers up to 20 and 20 over time in jumps of 5 ius per cycle. Keep in mind that people have different genetics/gear/diet/workouts so, when you get to a stage when you feel your gaining fat weight instead of muscle. Bump back down to the level you previously did. That works out to be your personal limit of insulin use. General rule 10gms of simple carbs for every 1 iu of insulin 30 mns after inject.
