I understand if a package is seized by customs containing AS one of two things can happen. 1. You get some sort of notice informing you that the package has been seized. (if you don't respond they don't follow up and you just take the loss) 2. Agents deliver the package, search your house and arrest you.

Hold on I think he is on to something here in other states where roids are a type II substance the police might not come to your door but in NY where it's a type III substance they might,, plus on places like Long Island where the police don't have as much of narcotic work to do they might even go after a small order, I mean from what I hear the cops in NASSAU CO. have the reputation of being Bad ass mutha fuckas that will hunt your ass down, if you have a warrant in NASSAU CO. and you move out of state they'll track you down and bring you back I know people it has happened to, IP: Logged |

Yeah, I was busted over 250 dbol tabs. I was lucky enough to had been a college football player in a small state! My bust was strictly by chance. The customs agent that opened my package noticed that the gear was address to a college campus, which is a federal offence. Anyway, he contacted his narc buddy and they proceeded from there. If you know the package was seized..and you were sent a letter letting you know that they know..why would you accept delivery?? If someone shows up trying to deliver it..refuse delivery. It's no different than refusing delivery of other things. IP: Logged |

First anabolics are schedule 3 in all 50 states this is a federal law, possession of anabolics is a felony 5 the lowest grade felony next would be a gross mistermeaner (sorry for the spelling) but most of the time when they grab your gear they will just send the letter, but that did not happen to me the fucks followed my stuff and when I went to pick up at the mail box I had local and Federal agents all over my ass, I played stupid and would not say a word I told them that I was just picking up the mail for my friend who was no longer in the country. See the box was not in my name and I did not sign for shit even when the mail clerk asked me to I just said it was not my mail box I was just helping a friend. well this pissed the FEDS off bigtime so they said they were going to take me to jail and put me in a PC hold 72 hours well I needed the rest anyhow so I told them lets go. The first thing I did was call my wife from the iron motel and tell her to clean house she new what that ment, the dumb fucking FEDS went to my house wife a release form for her to sign so they could search the house, she just smiled and told them to get the fuck off my land and don't come back till you have a warrent well they did come back a few hours later it was to late all was removed from the house, the fuckers did not have anything on me so after my 72 hour stay at the iron hut all charges were dropped. so the shit does happen just cover your ass. well my shit is about three weeks late from Spain and I emailed my source yesterday and he hasn't gotten back to me... this would be my second seizure in 3 months... looks like I am pissing my money down the toilet often... I need to find a domestic supplier.. this sucks... IP: Logged |

The second scenario does happen. One of my friends at school had an overseas (Spain) source and would score us gear sometimes. He knew there were problems w/ customs and decided to make one last order. He got 40 sust., 30 amps of winny and about 200 clen. (1 pkg) It was all getitng delivered to another guys house. Delivery guy shows up and just after him about 10 guys dressed in SWAT gear storm his house. It was a small enough amount that they didn't get charged w/ intent to distribute. Long and short is both got 1 yr probation and a fine to be determined at their hearings. Refuse to order foreign after that. IP: Logged |

Take a black marker and write on the package immediately as you receive it..."Refused..please return to sender". If they bum-rush the house after...what are they going to do..confiscate a package you refused...show the judge a package that says.."Refused...."???? Leave the package unopened and let it sit for a week or so..if they don't come ..chances are you can move it IP: Logged |

Stalin, while the state of New York may only classify them as Schedule II the US govt. classifies them as Schedule three which supercedes NY law. IP: Logged |
