I have been using fina at 40 mg ED via dmso for one week. I have gained 5lbs, probably not from the fina because I have been eating like crazy. I am soon going up to 60mg ED and was wondering how long it will take until I notice a real increase in strength and muscle hardness. IP: Logged |

I take back the question because tonight I went to the gym to workout and holy cripe did I notice some strength. In one week my squat has not really gone up to much but my leg press went up 100lbs and my leg ext. went up 70lbs. By the way my squat went up about 20lbs which is definitely not bad. And on top of that all of these lifts are up and the reps are up with each too. It is crazy and I love it! IP: Logged |
