I saw that someone posted something about cal. intake. Well this is my problem what if I just take the test. and eat a lot and do a lot of running or riding. Will this keep the bulk off. And will someone suggest the way I should do this. Monday Friday 1 cc just getting started on these. Been working out hard for a year

My problem is this....why the hell would you take test and want to keep the bulk off??

If I understand your question correctly, you're taking test and eating alot to add size and you're hoping that by doing cardio you can drop some of the fat and retain more muscle right? That is a good question and I've heard conflicting advice regarding that. I would say that cardio no more than twice a week I think, otherwise you may compromise muscle growth. Just my thoughts.
