How do you figure how many calories you need to loose weight. I've heard multiple your weight times 11 and I've also heard mutliple your weight times 16.

Does anyone know???

i say just eat around 2000 calories w/ low carbs. 30-45min of cardio 3-5 days a week.

You have to find out your AMR (active metabolic rate) and eat a little less than what it is. Cut out the carbs after your workout, except for post-workout meal, and eat alot of protein. Cardio 3-5 times a week, depending on your goals. I used to have a website where you can calculate your AMR and BMR. If I find it I'll post it.
