![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hello fellows, I'm 24 5'9" 150 I have been working out off and on for about a year. I would say that I have been working out straight for about 3 months at a gym near me. One of the fellows I meet told me to visit here this is great. He sold me some test. and I have a few questions. Will they really work he said they are the best to use for the first time and I have talked to a lot of people about this and everyone seems that is the thing for me to start with. What do you guys think. I was told to do 1cc on monday and one on friday. Is this right. I would love to here from someone thanks IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() At 5'9"...150lbs...it sounds like you're not even eating...and gear will be a waste if you're not eating. Try eating like 2500 calories to 3000 for now..see if that works..adjust your cals as your mass increases..then maybe you might be ready for a little "help" IP: Logged |
