Hey guys I am looking for opinions of what to get. I am looking for a Meal Replacement, I am 6ft 170lbs ~8%BF. I am going to start a pretty hefty stack, my first. I was wondering from you guys that already have expierience with this? What should I get? I want protein protein protein.... How many servings does a lb make?
