Your not gaining weight because your body is still growing. When your body is done growing it is easier to fill out. Unless you like your present height, like to risk your health, and don't want to have strong bones and tendons to support the muscle then go ahead. Most on the board, including me, think AS at such a young age is a waste of $. You have enough Tes to make the best gains of your life. You should only use AS once you hit your natural wall which should not happen until your early to mid 20's. The only thing AS will do for you is screw you up. Wait til you get older, then have at it- IP: Logged |

These guys talk the truth. Too young. If you haven't already, increase your intake of whey, and use creatine. That's about the two best natural ways to make gains. Don't screw yourself now of all the progress you'll naturally make. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Hey little bro, you should wait to use juice. On the other hand, the reason you are probably not growing is because your metabolism is roaring and you can eat whatever you want and not gain an ounce. I recommend you stop doing any kind of aerobic activities and eat!!! If you do this and lift you will definitely see results. If this does not work and you need more help then come back and ask for some more help. IP: Logged |

Christ man, at age 16, and you say your 6'.you will grow but creatine and whey isn't going to do jack, if your not training right. with your age, basic compount movements done correctly with proper FORM will make you grow. change your routines every 8-weeks or so to stay focussed. try supersets once in a while. but still stay with the basics. being natural, less is more! (ex. squats, deadlifts, military press, bench, incline bench, Bent rows.) Use dumbbells too. Be patient. Also give you self a break every 8 or 10 weeks take a week off, trust me, you'll recuperate and be ready to go again. Hey little brother, all these guys are right. You're too young for AS. Here's one thing I haven't seen anyone mention so far though...don't overtrain! I see a lot of young guys in the gym doing these insane marathon workouts. I've seen guys doin' like 20 sets for bi's! That's crazy. Watch how many sets/reps you're doing; train hard, but there's something to be said for the less is more approach. Overtraining will definitely make it seem like you've hit a brick wall. IP: Logged |
