![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() LilJohn I assume that since you have just started it may be fair to say you should first learn how to eat right and lift effectivley. As far as supps for fatloss start with the traditional E/C/A stack while you investigate other options. It would also be fair to assume that since you are on an Anabolic Discussion Board you are interested in the not so legal supplements as well. Such as: Clenbuterol, T3, DNP So do some searches with this info and I'm sure you will start to gather the info you want. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you're just getting started then i think you should concentrate mainly on your diet. Most beginners spend tons of time making up routines and thinking about working out when your diet is easily 75% of working out. Work on your diet for the first few years take your time and learn all that you can, this isn't the place to start. It's the place to end. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() definatly watch your diet, minimize your carbs, and maybe throw in e/c/a stack or ripped fuel always works good for me. ------------------ IP: Logged |
