It depends what you're looking for. While on a cycle, I simply use a ton of protein. We're talking about 2g of protein for 1lbs of body weight. So, I can consume around 500grams a day. That can get pretty expensive, especially if you're taking Met-RX or Isopure.

Head to www.proteinfactory.com You can custom make your own protein. 50% Whey, 40% Soy, and then you can add glutamine powder to the mix, along with other stuff. They're cheap, and you can really stock up in bulk. Hope this helps.

I personally use Super Gainer's Fuel from TwinLab, Whey Protein from either Optimum Nutrition or Twin Lab and MetRX meal replacements...I use all three all the time regardless of whether or not I'm on a cycle!

Depends on you. If your holding a lot of fat, use a protien powder. If your super lean, use a weight gainer. If your somewhere in the middle, use a meal replacement. Just my thougths. Later

I think weightgainer is a waste of good money. If you want the same effects of a weight gainer, do this:

1) Buy a big tub of good ass ice cream
2) Buy a few large pizzas
3) Down a few boxes of those hotpockets
4) Snack on a tub of bon bon's between meals.

This will taste a lot better, and you'll gain even more weight!

All BS aside, a protein drink / MRP is the way to roll. Haven't ordered from the protein fac yet, but heard it has some good stuff at low prices.
