You can use the personal importation policy in the US to bring back GH. It is not illegal. I don't understand why so many people keep posting about smuggling GH in the US? I go to Mexico and bring it back all the time without a script. You are permitted a three month supply. Call US customs if you don't believe me. It drives me crazy listening to the "EXPERT ANSWERS" to these GH questions. In Mexico they claim you need a script.....come on save your money. It's Mexico FUCK THE EXTRA MONEY FOR A GH SCRIPT. Read the personal importation policy for the US...it states it all in there. I'm telling you, you can go buy GH in Mexico, or any other country that it is legal to purchase, Italy..etc. Do it all the time, have it sent to my house in my own name, and NEVER have I had a problem...Stuff has even come with the green/yellow INSPECTED BY US CUSTOMS before....I still recieved it every time. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL. So before any of you answer these questions and satrt giving advice, KNOW YOUR LAWS, it makes your replys look stupid......I AM 100% POSITIVE ABOUT WHAT I AM WRITING.....again CALL US CUSTOMS if you think I am full of it. You are partly right GH is stilled controlled but it is not scheduled there is a differance, I to go to Mexico and buy my GH but you still have to have a script for it in the US not in Mexico. IP: Logged |

Sounds right (not being scheduled, but still needing a script). GOOD INFO! How hard is it to fake a script? Hmmm... would a script in Mexico be valid in the US? (if you get caught, you could say- hey Dr. Jose Cuervo in TJ siad I needed this stuff and prescribed to me)..

This is partly true. gH is not a controlled substance, but it still is available only through a licensed physician. So technically, if customs wanted to pursue you on a technicality, they could take it assuming you do not have a pescription for it. Rememember, you are still in violation if you possess any pescription drug without a pescription, but chances are you will not even be arrested. PLEASE DON'T TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY. I am not partly right, I am totally right. The Personal Importation poilcy clearly states that if you are a US citizen, you are permitted to purchase anything overseas from a liscensed pharmacy without a US prescription, in a three month supply. Provide it is not a controlled substance, which GH is not. GH is necessary to purchase with a script within the US, but so is inj. B12. However, you are permitted to purchase it out of the country in a three month supply without a US script. I have been doing it for years, and have friends in customs. I know this law is correct. It's kind of a catch 22. This does not mean you can order pain killers, valium, cocaine, deca, winstrol.....because these are considered controlled substances. However GH is not scheduled the same. The US allows any individual over 25 to go under a doctors care with GH. Thats why all these antiaging/sports clinics have popped up everywhere. Due to this, it opens the loop hole to order it legally overseas without a script. Anyone who does not have health insurance can benefit BIG TIME in saving money purchasing antibiotics, prescription skin medicine, IE;Retin-A, and any other medication which the medical companies outragiously charge for in the US. GH is just one of those drugs that got categorized with AS by the general public. It is not AS and is legal to purchase. Now in Mexico, you are suppose to get a script, but like I said, it is "Mexico" the script costs them nothing to give to you. Bargain with them. I have never paid for a script, and many times have gone through without one. However, any legit pharmacy will give you it to take across to assure NO PROBLEMS or confusion, so I would recommend to get it. If you are ever stopped at the border, tell them the truth. Your doctor did not feel comfortable prescribing it, so you are purchasing it yourself and plan to have him/her monitor you while on it. It is your right to take it if you want to and you are of legal age. I hope this helps any of you who are confused about this. Like I said, if you have any questions about your rights, call US CUSTOMS and ask them about the Personal Importation Act. I was real careful about ordering and found out all my info through them. Oh yeah...would not order GH in the Summer, it won't make it to you in time unless you have a good source in Mexico. It will go bad. Wait till winter or go pick it up and walk it across. I dont know all about the legal issues with hgh, but i know my friend that has HIV gets the stuff by prescript, and sold it to a bunch of people, now he is spending time in the big house for that. so it looks to me that it is illegal to sell hgh. i dont know about bringing it into the country. I have read on many online pharmacy boards that you need a prescription to import gh and other non-scheduled controlled substances. But I would feel more at ease if you could scan the document or post that number for us to follow up on. IP: Logged |
