I just got off of my first cycle which was made of sus 250 and primo. In my next cycle I want to include Dbol and Deca, but no primo. I was curious to know when I should start my next cycle and how good of a cycle will this be.

Thanks.

Brother, you need to give more info on your first cycle (dosages, pattern stacks, etc.). It is better for your health to wait, i think, twice as long as the cycle itself. In otherwords, if you were on for 2 months, then stay off for AT LEAST 4 months. Much better gains in the longrun. But then again most people are not in it for the longrun. They want a quick fix. Lifting and/or Roid use is a fad for most. In fact most all teenagers i know, have taken roids at one point. Put it this way, there are very few VETS on this board! BLAH BLAH BLAH

Don't listen to them, go back on in 4 weeks. Why the hell would you take 10 steps forward and 5 steps back when you can take 20 steps forward and 5 back.

Because when you're on gear without much of a break, your receptors become saturated. Then when you keeping hitting it all the time, you won't see the gains you would as if you took an 8-9 week break.

Trust me...save yourself some money, and get yourself some gains. Time on, then that time off.

little savage, you're right about not getting the gains from the next cycle that you would if you took off the same amount of time that you were on or more, but remember, you also don't have NEARLY the amount of loss that you do from the previous cycle if you get back on that much quicker

why do you think pros never come off?
because they can't afford to lose ANYTHING because that's a step back and in the wrong direction
the longer that break is, the more you're gonna lose
taking short amounts of time between cycles ensures that you are growing more frequently and thus getting more gains in a shorter amount of time

I don't agree. I started the general rule on/off same amount of time. But, my best gains have been over the last 2 + years of being on without a lay off. With the exception of my first cycle. New theroy is that your body starts to compensate for your filled receptors by making more or by a increase in your receptors ablity to handle more. ie. Pros are on year round and look the way they do, most people are not and don't even come close to how they look.

Man...you gotta remember why you come off the steroids. It is to give your body a break and to let your hormone levels and natural producion get back to normal.

When you are on the stuff for a long time your body sees too much testosterone in your system and compensates by shutting down your balls and increasing Estrogen production. You have to keep taking steroids in higher doses to get the effect because you are battling your own body.

The heavier/longer the cycle, the more time your body needs to return to 'normal'. On the other hand you dont want to lose out... My hard cycles of 8 weeks I will give it at least 4 weeks to return to normal. You can sort of tell because your normal sex drive returns...

Thanks for the replies. I think that a 4 to 6 week wait sounds the best. I will be taking clomid during my time off. Hopfully that will reduce the amt. of loss.
