1)never buy from anyone you never heard of 2)ask the moderators for legit sources, Biz knows it all 3)first time orders should always be small, no more than $100, if the source says, you need a minimum...say, goodby 4)ask for ref.. 5)ask to send you a sample amp or 2..if they want your busniss they will...if they cant do that...goodby remember buyer beware...and dont be anxious ask ?s...if they get fustrated or dont answer you....goodby hope this helps some of the newbabies IP: Logged |

This is not a flame, your post is actually very helpful, BUT 1) most likely your not going to have EVER heard of the person your looking to buy gear from, only through 'us' talking about the source in private emails or boards....less you hear that "juiceman" is actually your next door 80yr old neighbor, then you'd have heard of "him" 4) references are easily, and I say EASILY faked, I, myself, have about 16 different identities online (but you might get lucky if one of the refs IS someone you do know to be legit, but how rare would that be) 5) tell me honestly that someone has sent you a sample amp or two....amps go for roughly $11-$19, plus u got shipping....if so, we've got some private emailing to do.... Lastly) Your post is helpful, just quickly written and if followed precisely, a newbie would never get any gear.....then again, maybe its all the drugs I'm taking I was recently scammed, and I did everything right, everything, alot of guys right on this board vouched for my guy, and I still got stuck....(???) Just so you know, NO MODERATOR ON THIS BOARD APPROVES ANY SOURCE THAT SELLS ANY ILLEGAL PRODUCTS. You can come to us for help whenever you'd like but we can not have george getting into trouble because someone claims that the moderators are endorsing sources.
