v-devil It would be sad sad sad day if you guy's lost your hockey team. Do you wanna talk football or baseball. We have three very competitive teams - This is the year of the Blue Note. The blues will be there in the end. And the wings will have to go thru St. Louis to reach the Cup. hey v-devil you lift at home - correct? I was curios about the equipment that you bought. I have made the investment myself. Bought a bunch of Parabody stuff and of course alot of plate. I like my stations set up and ready to go. I do not like moving large amounts of weight just to change lifts. So I have equipment all over with bars and weight set aside for each. Hey, i have all york stuff. I have a: dip/chin station that was 199 flat/inc/dec bench 500 squat/row rack 250 pro style dumbells(10#plates) 5-120's 1500 Adjustable flat/inc bench 200 2 gym style three tier racks 400 preacher curl bench 300 2 olympic sets 300 ez curl bar and misc clips and stuff 100 Having your own gym rules. My shit is just as good as most of the gyms that I have been to. All freeweights is good anyways, don't like machines. Late, Vince IP: Logged |

I'M 31 There was a bro on here a couple week ago who was opening a gym in Eureka. If he out thier he should drop me a line so I can drop in his place. Wouldn't change from working out at home but it is nice to change the scenery on occasion. IP: Logged |

WOW! I can't believe I got that many replies, I thought maybe one or two and I would have to BUMP to get that. I'm 23 and I've been lifting for just over two years. How big are you guys? I'm 6 ft 185, so I'm still small compared to a lot of guys, but I am cut. No gut here. IP: Logged |
