In Cancun go to Global Pharmacy & Veterinaria. Two American guys, that obviouslly speak clear english, which is helpful. He's a couple buck's more expensive, but your paying for the American (English) IMHO. But if you don't have questions I guess you won't have a problem with the laguage.
