And when would be the best time to take it so I'll still have energy to workout hard? Thanks!

When i'm cutting i eat alot of carbs at breakfast, mid-morn meal, lunch, and post workout. Dinner is low carbs and late night meal is NO carbs. It works for me. I did that with xenadrine for 3.5 weeks and lost 8 lbs.

a few simple carbs to get you through the workout all spunky and shit.

a good protien and complex carb post workout meal. as much as 100gms

and keep the carbs low until you work out again or, even better AFTER you work out.

THE PRINCIPLE being:
you want to have as little sugar in your muscles and blood stream while you do some aerobic fat burning shit, so you burn as much fat as you can. You don't want low blood sugar to be a detriment to you Lifting workout though.

low carbs--> aerobics
some carbs--> weights
low carbs and repeat.

eat three or four meals a day, not five or six. Your body needs time to let the blood sugar to get low.

peace

About 20% of your total caloric intake.
Load them in the morning and around noon.
Use simple sugars post workout. Bump your protein waaay up there..to spare muscle and give fuel.
Later,
WCP
