![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() your muscles are almost 70% water..so extra water in the muscle forces it to bulge more..no coversion though IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() yes in a way. there are types of water retention where the water builds in the muscle. i have this and i sometimes lose or gain 3 lbs in a day w/o changing diet. so yes there is a type of water retention where your muscles retain the water (instead of the water being stored in subcutaneous fat, which is where it is stored on dnp and steroid cycles) and therefore look bigger. but you won't be stronger. a dnp cycle will make you look fatter due to water being stored in the fatty parts of the body. you will look fatter than you really are due to water. the same happens when water is stored in the muscle. they look bigger than they are. i got mine from being on the anabolic diet for a year straight. i think it is permanent.
