![]() ![]() ![]() I can not control my eating. I have been trying to hold myself off to about every hour but I find myself eating all the time. Granted none of it is real fatty...ie oatmeal, chicken jerk, tuna, protein bars...about 4000 - 5000 cals a day and I only started at 180 up to 195 already but ever since I started juciing about 5 weeks ago my appetite is through the roof. Although my strength gains have not been remarkable my weight has gone up about 5 lbs every week since the sencond week. I look huge and not really fat although I have gained some fat I'm sure. My question is if this is an effect of the juice. I have done other cycles and have not expirence such an app increase. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() You should be happy that you want to eat during a cycle. That is the most important component of growth, but I have heard that EQ stimulates hunger more than most AS. Jon ------------------ IP: Logged |
