![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() What do you guys do to fight lower back pain. Mine always kills me on Wednesday. Probably because I train back on Monday and legs on Tuesday (heavy squats). I think I need to change this up and give my back a chance to rest before doing squats on the next day. comments? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() If you are getting alot of lower back pain the day after squats you need to use less weight or not do squats at all. Chronic back pain is nothing to mess with. I have a herniated disk in my lower back and do not squat at all anymore. ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() This can be complicated JaySee. I've had plenty of back problems and have at least 4 friends who've had surgery. Don't want to blow it out of proportion just be careful. I would try changing up your routine like you thought. If that doesn't do it maybe lighten up on squats. Remember to do abs too, they work in conjunction with lower back. Like bis and tris. Stretch. Let us know how you're doing. IP: Logged |
