I am from Fort Worth, and it got pretty crazy here last night. Me being the psycho that I am, I drug my girlfriend and friend out into the storm last night trying to track down the tornado, but we were too late. It had already touched and gone. It was wild out there though. The rain was coming down strong as hell. We could hardly see anything. Then the hail started hitting us. It started off as pea size hail and went to golfball size where we were. In some places the ail was softball size. That's some crazy shit, I tell ya'. This morning on the way to work, I went through Arlington to check out the damage. It wasn't nearly as bad as Fort Worth, but it was pretty thrashed. There were flipped Cesna planes, broken glass all over, tree's snapped....you name it. I haven't gone Downtown Fort Worth yet, but plan on going down there today. They closed Downtown Fort Worth down for a while, but I work for a concrete company, and I can just say that I have to do some estimates or something and they'll let me by. I've heard that 4 people were killed, and over a 100 admitted to the hospital for injuries. If I hear anything else, I'll keep those of you interested posted. IP: Logged |

My friends wife lost a family member in the tornado last night! I guess there was more than one. I guess there was a couple other peaople in her family that sustained personal injuries and damage to there property. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I saw it today. The town ios pretty trashed. That damn tornado did some major damage. One dude was killed by getting hit in the head with a softball sized hail stone. What are the chances of that. He went outside to move his car into a protected area but never made it. The town looks something like a movies set that was blown apart.
