I just started taking test enanthate and im gonna be adding test prop shortly...since these are both oil based will i break out...i heard that saw palmetto can help prevent breakouts...im not normally prone to acne but just in case waht should i take IP: Logged |

I have always taken Vitamin E pills... and Niacin for my skin when I am on... you need them more when you come off the cycle though.. the zits are not from the oil in the gear... they are from your hormonal change... you go through adolescence all over again... so don't use deodorant soap... buy heavy skin cleanser too...
