![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() i do 40-45 minutes every morning before eating and workoout at night. i use treadmill at 3.4 but 7-10% incline for 15 minutes than change to step master for 15 minutes at moderatre pace tahn do 15 minutes on bike at between 55-63 rpm. so as you can see its all very moderate i have lost much fat and very little muscle. remeber stimulate don't enilaulate IP: Logged |
