![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Hey guys I 'm currently taking 40mg of dball a day, 400mg of deca and 500 of equipoise a week. I weigh about 210 and are 15% bodyfat. Can any of you guys give me an example meal plan. I would like to put on some size but also stay lean at the same time. I'm also taking rip fuel right now and might add some clen. Thanks. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() EAT LOTS. Try a 40Pro/30Carbs/30Fat split, cals should be your weight(210) X 20 = 4200. Also EQ and Deca are about the same so, why not save one for later and add some test. Just my input. Later cjac1 IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() mass...there are a couple cycles. One, to bulk up and put on muscle, which you're doing. The next, is to cut down. If I was in your shoes, I would eat as much as you possibly can. Take in protein, carbs, just keep eating, then eat some more. This will build mass. When you're done with this cycle, you will have gained weight, a lot of muscle. Hit a cutting cycle of something like T3, Clen and ECA to shred up.
