I read your previous post detailing your cycle. Can you explain the rationale for taking insulin again 4 hours later from the workout? If I workout in the evening, 4 hours later would be close to bedtime. What alternatives do I have? IP: Logged |

That's 4ius. 8 hours past the first dose. You can take the 4ius right after workout. Wait 30mns then eat 40gms of cards. Hour later eat your protien. IP: Logged |

thx - you also mentioned that taking T3 with GH and insulin helps. WHen do you take T3? In the morning or after the workout? WHen in the cycle do you start to use T3. And doesn't T3 act as a fat burner, which is essentially what GH does? IP: Logged |

You can cycle T3 up from 25mcg to 100 mcg and taper down. I've do this for as long as 6 weeks at a time but, I wouldn't tell anyone to do that. You should cycle it over 2 weeks, then take 2 weeks off. GH does help burn fat but, it also after time lowers your own T3 and insulin sen. So you replace it during the cycle. IP: Logged |

thx - for my weight of 210lbs, will a typical day of GH, insulin, T3 and anabolics consumption as shown below work? Can you please recommend changes where necessary? 0730 hrs Wake up 0800hrs Breakfast (60g protein, 40g carb) 1030hrs 2nd meal(60g protein, 40g carb) 1200hrs Training 1315hrs End of training 1530hrs 4th meal(60g protein, 40g carb) 1830hrs Dinner(60g protein, 40g carb)

Not sure if there is much fat - the meals are basically 12-15oz of steamed skinless chicken breasts and 10 oz of yams. IP: Logged |

Split your GH up. AM 2 to 3ius. Bed 2 to 3ius. Make your morning insulin 4ius and your post workout 6ius. Also for ever 1iu of insulin eat 10gms of simple cards. 4iu = 40gms/6ius = 60gms. Later cjac1 IP: Logged |

cjac1 - could you pls recommend when the GH should be taken in the morning since i will also be taking insulin prior to breakfast and i know for a fact that GH and insulin should not be consumed at the same time. IP: Logged |

Get up take the GH first thing. Wait 30mns inject insulin. Wait 30mns and eat. It gives your system an hour to move the GH thur. Good luck. IP: Logged |
