I do cardiovascular workouts everyday. Not a lot of heavy lifting, but lots of light lifting and exercise(Crunches, sports, etc) and i've been having this routine (7 days a week for an hour or more) for about 1 and a half months but I haven't really seen any results that were pleasing. My goal obviously isn't to get larger, but just to get a more cuts and definition. A friend of mine has been taking GHB for a long time and offered to make me some. I was just curious if anyone knows how long it takes to see great results from taking GHB? I plan on taking 2-3 Grams a day for at least 2 months.

How long? Forever...probably!

GHB is not an anabolic it assists muscle growth and recovery by inducing deep and
restful sleep. I use it myself to get a good and peaceful nights sleep.

I read from several sources that it causes your body to release more GH. I read about a experiment they did on men and between all these men the results were that there was anywhere from 9 to 16x more GH being released.. Or something to that effect

Lighten up on the cardio and sports--don't cut them out, just go a little easier; you're probably burning some muscle. Go heavier on the weights, using good form and training each bodypart appr. once a week focusing on basic compound exercises. GHB won't help you build muscle and it won't stimulate the release of any significant amount of GH. Track your diet--are you getting enough protein?

The problem with GHB is that it increases prolactin at the same time as GH.
There is not much known about prolactin effects in the male body, but there is a theory that it decreases testosterone levels.
It also messes with your dopamine system, I use GHB about once a week, instead of alcohol when I go to clubbing, parties etc.
I would think that you could benefit more if you take juice at the same time, because your T-levels are up there anyway.
My tip is, use it if you have problem sleeping, instead of getting drunk, or when you are on a cycle.

I have used G for quite a long time and it can make you look leaner after a short time. Clinton just passed a bill making GHB and all G- type products a class I drug. Trust me - don't get caught with a class I drug!! Personal use is ok, but don't get it for all of your buddies.What type are you using?? Make sure you only use it before bed

Dude, cut down on the cardio, cut down on the 7 days a week workout. Lift weights, do cardio once a week for an hour. Don't worry about getting big, it takes alot to gain size for your goals you want all around fitness right? Train two body parts a day. that should take around four days if you include abs and calves, which you should. On day 5 do cario. on days 6 and 7 rest. Trust me this is a proven method for all around fitness.

I have used G for a few months now, only side effects I have noticed are

First: Great night of sleep
Second: Nice for relaxation


I did a few weeks of research on the topic before I decided to give it a try. And what I found was that a lot of sources say it is catabolic to fat, and helps with some learn muscle mass gains. But the best part of using it for a BB are as follows and correct me if i am wrong..

First: A good, deep sleep thats helps in the rebuilding of your muscle.

Second: Used by a lot of athletes who prefer it to drinking, a little cleaner on system.

Third: Increase in GH, but counteracted by other raises.. grin, im not that technical and i dont have my docs in front of me.
