I have to FACE it - I have a genetic pre-disposition to Acne! Even 300mg of cypionate per week on it's own can make my back look like a family size pizza with extra pepperoni and cheese! (gross) So now, I take low doses which have limited benefit as I have been using on and off for about 5 years now. I am too scared to touch testosterone, and I'm using very small amounts of D'bol, never more than 200mg/week of Deca and Equipoise. I have done my best to control my skin with everything from creams to Accutane, all with limited success. I would love to start hitting the harder androgens and make some significant gains but I am worried about my skin. A friend of mine said that Nolvadex may help. Is this true? IP: Logged |

if accutane didn't help and you're that worried about it, go natural. Accutane will be the strongest thing you can get. I've used tetracycline with good results. IP: Logged |

i don't think deca will give acne. you might want to do a deca/dianabol stack. do 20-30 mg dianabol a day and 400 mg deca a week. that might help out. you would only be taking 140-210 mg dianabol a week. i think you might be able to handle that dose if 200 mg cypionate is handable to you. thats my advice. do a deca/dianabol cycle or get some retin-a. then again, some people get acne on dbol at 10 mg a day. so you might just end up the same as you are now. if all else fails, you can always stack deca and primo. you will only gain 10 lbs. in 8 weeks but you should be fine in regards to acne. Acne can have a lot to do with your diet. Most people that ive known who were prone to acne also had crappy diets. Most people i know that think they eat good infact dont. Just something to think about. IP: Logged |

have you thought about short cycles, 2-4 weeks in length. i don't know if that will help or not. does your acne go away once you stop? if so, maybe you can do an intense 4 week cycle and try to tough it out. IP: Logged |

Hey Joe - you have raised some valid points! I am sure that short cycles would be better. Mine never last for more than 8 weeks, but maybe that is too long. My acne sometimes persists for long after I come off which I really don't understand. IP: Logged |
