I swear I started my cycle last week, sust deca, ref-b., and when I started i weighed 238-240 now today I weigh 255, which I have never weighed in my life, Is this normal??? My strength gains are not as rapid as my weigh gains.?.. thanx for info started week 2 today

I tend to fluctuate up to 15 pounds of shit and water depending on cardio. (former wrestler i like to sweat --alot)

I'm sure you have a lot of water in your body which is a good thing unless yo've eaten a lead burger...j/k

stay hydrated, b/c the more water you take in the less likely your body will retain water.

STAY AWAY FROM SODIUM too!

Naughty,

I'm doing a very similar stack to yours and I am up 5 lbs in three days. Sounds like you are holding a lot of water because a muscle gain of 15 lbs in 7 days just isn't realistic.... especially in the first week.

How is the strength doing? I didn't notice a boost until today when I got a couple more reps than normal here and there. I hope it will pronounce itself a little more over the next week.
