(former wrestler i like to sweat --alot) I'm sure you have a lot of water in your body which is a good thing unless yo've eaten a lead burger...j/k stay hydrated, b/c the more water you take in the less likely your body will retain water. ![]() ![]() ![]() Naughty, I'm doing a very similar stack to yours and I am up 5 lbs in three days. Sounds like you are holding a lot of water because a muscle gain of 15 lbs in 7 days just isn't realistic.... especially in the first week. How is the strength doing? I didn't notice a boost until today when I got a couple more reps than normal here and there.
