   The gym i work out in has on the walls in several locations "All steroid use prohibited, the use of steroids will be cause for immediate removal and contact the local athorities." That just made me grin inside... lol anyone else have things like that in their gyms? The owner of the gym is enormous by the way... hint hint... IP: Logged |

actually when I worked out at the Y they had an anatomy poster on the wall that listed and showed all of the "hideous" things that steroids can do to your body. And I mean from head to toe, they know how to play it up that's for sure. deltman IP: Logged |

I REMEMBER WORKING OUT IN A GYM IN THE NY CITY ROUGH HOUSE AND THE GYM HAD FOAM DROP CEILINGS IN THE BATHROOM THERE WHERE MAYBE 50 3-5 CC SYRINGES STUCK IN THE PANELS..LOL!!! THE FUNNIEST THING IS THAT THE COP'S INT EH GYM WOULD LAUGH ABOUT IT! BIZ!! ------------------ IP: Logged |

Biz, I worked out for a while at a gym in Canarsie where there was the same deal - syringes in the ceilings - I mean guys were giving each other injections in the bathrooms. Every time I inject myself I wonder why I left...ha ha NYC cops don't give a shit about that. Matt IP: Logged |

My Gym has a bunch of naturalfit, posters all over its realy to bad that all the natural guys are twirps, in my gym, and they walk around like apes when the truth is they are all peweny and spend hundreds of dollars on creatine to acheive this goal of being ungoddly huge when for 400$ they could acheive more than they have in the past five years! get real their is only two ways to get huge hardwork and dedication, along with ROIDZ, and of course diet. my gym has that too. the sign talking about the potential health risks and breast enlargement in males.....blah blah blah. maybe i should tape a nolva box on each sign. heh heh. but at least they arent hypcrates, the managers and all the employees are small....lol. truth in advertising i guess. "heres what you have to look forward to, be "fit" and be safe for life.....lol" the only reason im still there is that their hours are convenient for my schedule. ------------------ IP: Logged |

"You too can do this, eat chicken and lots of rice." hes ripped and says he weighs 195lbs... more like 250... what kinda fool does he think we are??? that boy has oil seeping from hes eye sockets !
