As you all know I'm about to start a massive 12 week cycle. I am going to get my protein from the protein factory. I want to customize my protein for these 4 separate times I will take it. I need some for each one of these periods, custome made for optimal results.
1. when I wake up
2. before I lift
3. After I lift
4. Before I go to bed.
Please only answer if you know your shit. Thanks and may we all gain 20lbs.

Do you mean what type of protein? Like whey, soy, casein, etc. Or do you mean to mix it with carbs or not. Well for the first 3 I would take it with carbs and before bed no carbs or low carbs.

Don't take protein with carbs before bed, and get a rundown. Sometimes I take a certain kind with guarana, and that has caffiene, so I lose sleep, which pisses me off. If you're getting it from the protein factory and don't want to mess with it, get some carbs in there for preworkout.

I personally, like to mix my glutamine with my creatine so they kind of work together. Just an idea.

What I'm asking is what blend is best. ie 40% Whey, 20% Soy, 30% carbs, 10% MCT's. I know I need carbs and protein for the first 3. The night time shake I'm going to take their night time protein. What should I take for the other ones. Are MCT's really needed? should I put some glutamine in there? This is what I am asking. What is best mix?

I would take a high calorie weight gainer before and after workouts or and stick to whey protien at night and sometimes a couple during the day. You should try to get 4000-5000 calories and 300-400g. of protien a day.

Dude your making it too damn difficult on yourself...
Jack a weight gainer during the day..and just use penta pro at night..low carb..
It dont have to be so hard..they have killer carb mixes..check out their new sweetner too...

You can run glutamine during your cycle yeah...no problem..but you might want to use it along with creatine afterwards to help keep your gains..

Don't creatine and glutamine compete for the same transport system. If so, would you want to take them at the same time?

Cjac...Ive heard that myself...
Thats why I use it in lower dosages..
I also know that the certain enzymes in your small intesting love to munch on glutamine.
So the lower dosages. (5mg) are easier to sneak through...than larger ones..I take creatine and glutamine awhile apart except following my workout..when I mix them both with a big bottle of white grape juice..and chug it down..

glutamine and creatine both are transported by the glut-4 protein whose activity is mediated by insulin- however there is no evidence that they compete for uptake- the glut-4 protein does transport different molecules with different binding sites-besides your cells will only uptake as much as they can under osmotic pressure-concentrations to high will migrate or be expelled from the cell.

Remember, for mass, you want a 3 to 1 carb to protein ratio. However, after a workout, you want a 4 to 1 ratio, because the carbohydrates are needed to open the pathways for protein assimilation.

I placed my order today. This what I got. I think I've got a great plan here. First of all I'm gonna be on 1000mg of test and 50mg of dbol for weeks 1-6, 450 equipoise and 400 deca weeks 7-12.
I got the mass formula
25% Cross Flow Whey Isolate
25% Soy Isolate
30% Maltodextrin
20% MCT
Im gonna take this when I wake up and pre-workout.
I custom ordered this. This I think is the best for on the juice after working out. I'll see how I like it and let all of you know.
I call this MassMonster
3% Super Bovine Serum
14% Hydro 520 Whey
16% Cross Flow Whey Isolate
46% Maltodextrin
20% MCT
this puppy has 50 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbs: this is over 1,000 calories!!
I also got the nighttime protein formula for before bed.
Thanks for the help. I'll let all of you know how this works for me.
