![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Day 4 and it has'nt been too bad at all. I am on 400mgs a day (probably too little) and not feeling many of the side effects I have read about. I keep my apt temp set at about 62 degress & have strategically positioned a chair right under the vent. The sweating has occured only when I leave this refuge, like at work. There I'm sure people ate thinking... WTF? I was in the grocery store earlier today & all I could think about was "I have got to get out of here!" The cashier asked "How are you today?" I said fine, but inside I was thinking "not too damn good, its day 4 and I'm starting to get fucking hot, so could you please hurry the hell up!" The only REAL problem I am haveing is that I shit gasolin all day. I mean some runny burning your ass up shit. WTF is that all about? I have yet to loose any weight....is that because I am not sweating enough? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() Yeah, a lot of people might think it's not a high enough dose, but I think it's a good one in terms of maintaining a relatively normal lifestyle while on D. As for the bowel movements, I think that's not uncommon--perhaps some baking soda might help. A lot of people don't see any results till the end of the first week or even after. How did you finally decide to adjust your diet? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() THEY say, though it wasn't the case with me.. You lose all the weight after you are done. Once the DNP is all out of you body, your body drops all the water. Presto! ABS. I however, lost about a pound a day, then lost three more after. THEN I gained back five pounds when I started up with the creatine. Kept the 1 1/2" off my waist, though. good luck and thanks ------------------ IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Keeping cals around 2500 a day...kind of an equal portion EAS kinda thing. Is that cool? IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() You mean equal 1:1:1 ratios of fat/protein/carbs? Sounds good. IP: Logged |
