![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I just wanted to thank you all for your advise. You are great people very helpful. But this is my final question. When I'm taking the test 1cc monday and 1 cc on friday. I was told not only to keep up my same workout habits but also in any spare time that I have to do sit ups, pull ups, push ups. So my question is should I just be balls to the wall all the time? Thanks again IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Of course with the introduction of androgens and anabolic compounds your ability to recover is substantially enhanced, however this does not mean that your body can miraculously recover from constant brutal trauma. Cycle your workouts aswell. Alternate between high and medium intensity workouts. For example on Monday blast your back with bent over rows, pull ups, and other heavy/explosive compound movements, then wait 3-4 days and hit them again with say single arm rows/ slightly less wait and a few more reps. Get that sleep - use GHB or one of the alternatives if you have problems. It's all about recovery = growth. IP: Logged |
