I know the norm' is 300gms protein ed,i've been hitting it around the 450/480gms ed mark. Anyone you guys experience similar problems with similar amounts of protein ed (450/480gms)? | ||

I know one guy currently using 800-1000g every day. He has a 15kg sack of whey like me but adds it to his meals as well as drinking it all day. I'd be interested to see how he goes on but so far he has been fine. | ||

Shit strength',that is some protein consumption. Maybe i'm still feeling the effects of deadlifting a week and a half back,stiff as hell no matter how much warming up and stretching i do. | ||

You've got something there strength'.I'm just finishing my 4th and final week of abombs(only 50mgs ed).Was then going to hit the naps for 6 weeks at 30mgs ed. Thing is i'm downing at least 2 gallons of water a day and at times still feel a raging thirst.I think i will stick to d'bol as my only 17aa in future if my body can't handle the a50s. | ||

I have used up to 500 a few times but had to stop, my gf doesnt like the sides associated with such high protein consumption. | ||

i am currently 208 #'s and consume a total of 500g of protein.i have 1.5(37g) scoops of protein w/ my 10 meals/day.i am using a whey protein isolate along w/ chicken,egg whites and salmon for my protein sources.growing like a weed bro...no farting symptoms.everyone is different i beleive w/ protein intake capabilities...but you can usually notice how much your body can consume by noticing if you get stomach upset or not.if your stomach does react w/ gastronomical problems,then you are consuming too much protein.if you don't experience this,then continue to consume until this happens.beleive me you'll know when you've consumed too much protein...as strength said...rrrrrrrrriiiiiiiiiiiippppppp! ------------------ |
